When you select a product, you are redirected to the retailer’s website to complete your purchase. The retailer manages your order, including payment, shipping and delivery.
Where is my order from?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the retailer.
If you’re unsure where you ordered from:
- Search your inbox (including spam or junk folders) for your confirmation email
- Check your bank or credit card statement for the retailer name
- Revisit the product link you used at checkout

All orders are processed by the retailer you purchased from.
Processing times may vary depending on the brand, product type and availability. Made-to-order or larger furniture pieces may have longer lead times.
